Like many businesses Wild About BBQ originally started as a hobby.

our original intention was to make jerky, summer sausage and other

similar items for personal consumption. After numerous requests and

   years of experimenting with different foods  we found ourselves catering for

weddings, fund raisers, family reunions,  Non-profits,  private parties

and corporate events. As a result menu items include pulled pork, ribs,

brisket, chicken as well as others found here.   

We use a mixture of charcoal and locally cut wood

 Apple or Hickory to achieve a great smoky

flavor and NEVER use lighter fluid!
